Agreement to Terms

By using the services of NoStress Weymouth Concrete, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

Services Overview

We provide professional concrete installation, repair, and replacement services for residential and commercial properties in Weymouth, MA and surrounding areas. All work is performed by licensed professionals following industry standards and local building codes.

Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, site conditions, and project scope changes. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Payment Terms

Payment schedules vary by project size. Typically, a deposit is required to secure your project date, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your project agreement.

Project Timeline

We provide estimated completion dates for all projects. While we strive to meet all deadlines, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site issues. We will communicate any delays promptly.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may be subject to a cancellation fee. Changes to project scope after work has begun may result in additional charges.

Warranty Information

We stand behind our work. Most concrete installations include a workmanship warranty covering defects in installation. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your project agreement. Normal wear and tear, weather-related damage, and issues caused by improper maintenance are not covered.

Site Access and Preparation

You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and ensuring pets and children are kept at a safe distance during construction. We will protect your property during work, but you should remove any valuable or fragile items from the work area.

Permits and Regulations

We will advise you if permits are required for your project. In most cases, we can obtain necessary permits on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring our crew has legal access to your property and that any homeowner association approvals are obtained.

Liability and Insurance

NoStress Weymouth Concrete carries general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not liable for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked or disclosed. You should contact utility companies to mark lines before work begins.

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our work, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and professionally. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through discussion may be subject to binding arbitration under Massachusetts law.
